In the historic center of Sarnico, delightful apartment on the 1st floor spread over 2 floors, in a completely renovated building. The apartment is accessed by a beautiful stone staircase. On the 1st floor there is the living area with kitchenette, smart TV, 2-seater sofa and comfortable armchair. A first balcony gives access to the beautiful view of the historic streets of Sarnico, you will also find a small table with 2 chairs to enjoy a bit of relaxation.

On the 2nd floor, however, there is the richly decorated bathroom and the master bedroom with double bed and TV. Accessible, with a removable ladder, is the lovely mezzanine with 2 single beds. Not suitable for children under 14 years.

The property is equipped with air conditioning and wifi included. It is located in a limited traffic area, accessible for loading and unloading luggage.
