Spanning two floors, the interiors are styled with contemporary furnishings and flooded with natural light, thanks to its large glass windows and sliding doors. With four spacious bedrooms, it accommodates up to eight guests in great comfort. An open plan living area on the ground floor with a kitchen, sitting and dining area sets the scene for meals, drinks and entertainment together. A welcome addition is the private spa for luxuriating in a private heated pool with hydromassage or the Finnish sauna.  

Head outside to wide lawns and an inviting pool fringed with sun loungers, as well as terraces for dining and drinks. Children will love the playground while everyone can enjoy a barbecue or game of badminton together.

A superb view of Bale is visible from the first-floor bedroom, spa and garden. A medieval town with cobbled streets, a castle, as well as characteristic bars and restaurants, you can explore it at leisure during your stay. Head to the coast by car, passing vineyards and olive groves, for sandy beaches and to explore Rovinj.
