You may apply for this insurance if you have to cancel the entire booked travel stay that you have made before the trip begins for one of the causes that you find in this list, as long as they are involuntary and unpredictable at the time of booking:
illness, injury (for which there are medical certificates and documents proving the inability to participate in the trip), or death;
if you are hired or fired by the employer and cannot use the holidays you had available;
