Strategically located between Siena and Florence, Villa il Pino retains all the charm of the typical manor houses of the last century, with its stuccos, antique chandeliers, frescoed ceilings and the classic furnishings of Tuscan tradition. The recent renovation has added mod cons to the structure that boasts spacious air-conditioned bedrooms, all with private bathroom, a large, modern fully-equipped kitchen and a beautiful garden, surrounded by rows of olive trees, with an enchanting view over the Chianti hills and the towers of San Gimignano on the horizon, which you can admire while resting in the shade of the large equipped portico or beside the exclusive pool. The property is located in a territory famous for its food, wine and artistic excellences, not far from San Gimignano, Florence, Siena, Lucca, Pisa and the Chianti region which, with its castles and villages, acts as a bridge between Siena and Florence. Shops, restaurants, cafรฉs and train station (on the Siena-Florence line) can be found are in Certaldo, a delightful medieval village about 6 km from the house.
Interior:
The house has two floors, connected internally, and covers a total area of approximately 250 sq m. From the main entrance, up a short ramp, you come to the atrium on the ground floor; from here you go on to a spacious modern kitchen, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower (suitable for the disabled), the dining room and the sitting room with direct access out to the back portico. Going up to the first floor, along a corridor are three double bedrooms with private bathroom with shower, a twin bedroom (with joinable beds) with ensuite bathroom with shower, a double bedroom with bathroom with shower and tub and an additional bathroom with tub and shower for communal use. Up a further flight of stairs is the laundry room.

Park:
The park, bordered by a vast olive grove, covers an area of about 1500 sq m and includes the parking area which is located at the end of the access drive, conveniently located next to the main entrance. The garden, composed of a vast area of lawn, extends mainly at the back of the villa, panoramic and secluded, where, outside the dining room and sitting room, is a large paved portico, furnished with dining table and seating area, a barbecue area and a gazebo with sofas. A few steps away is the pool area.Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
The rectangular, fenced-in pool lies on a terrace at a lower level with respect to the villa, in a secluded position facing south over the green valley that stretches as far as the eye can see. About 25 m from the house, it can be reached across the garden at the back and down a short flight of steps. Lined in PVC with a stone border, it measures 5 x 10 m with the depth varying from 0.60 m (where the steps are) to1.40 m. It has salt purification and both internal and external lighting. The sunbathing area, partly terracotta paving and partly lawn, is equipped with sunbeds, deckchairs, an umbrella, a gazebo and a cold-water shower. The pool is open from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October.
Pets: Yes. โฌ 30,00 per animal per week to be paid on site. Acceptance of animals to the facility must be previously authorised by the owner upon communication of the number of animals, size and breed.
