The sleeping area is on the first floor, with a bathroom, and three bedrooms, two of which are double and one with a bunk bed and a single bed, with a lovely balcony overlooking the private garden.
Villino Tulipano enjoys large outdoor spaces, including the garden, the private parking space and the large grill area with the large equipped veranda, all in the shade of centuries-old pines and junipers that give the villa great privacy.
The house is equipped with all the comforts to enjoy a holiday literally a stone's throw from the sea.
The location of the village where Villino Tulipano is located is convenient for those with a car and is only 10 minutes away from the main services and 5 minutes from restaurants, bars and supermarkets.
You will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival.
In case you do not receive the contract on time, you will need to contact the managing agency the property to the number indicated on the booking confirmation.
Check-in time is between 16:00 and 21:00. And that will be subject to an appointment being made with the receptionist.
