The flat is located on the ground floor in the brand new Wave Island residence, a setting reminiscent of a Caribbean island with a swimming pool and white sand. It is about 500 metres from the sea, in a quiet area between Piazza Milano and Piazza Torino. The property has one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with a French bed and a double sofa bed in the living area. The flat has a washing machine, dishwasher, Tineco washer-dryer, Nespresso coffee machine, clothes rack, air conditioning, iron and ironing board. There is piped music and wi-fi. Outside you can enjoy an exclusive space with a sofa. A parking space with a canopy is owned.
