The French window of the relaxation area (with hot tub and sauna) offers a view of the valley: the Tiberina Valley and the Alpe di Poti complex dominate the view. The landscape and lighting of the villa contribute to making the atmosphere romantic and relaxing. The villa's furnishing style mixes modern and rustic design elements in warm and elegant colors. The two bedrooms and the living room on the first floor are equipped with air conditioning. It is an ideal place for those who dream of spending a private vacation but a few kilometers from the city. The owners of Terrazza sulla Valle are available to guests for every need: their home is not far from the villa. Terrace overlooking the valley is mostly marked by a net and a hedge to give privacy to guests. NB: the area pertaining to Terrazza della Valle is for the exclusive use of guests.

Interiors:
The villa is on two floors connected by an internal staircase and an external staircase. The main entrance to the villa is in the porch on the ground floor. You enter through a sliding French window. The ground floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with TV and sofa, the laundry room and the wellness area accessible up two steps. The spa is equipped with a hot tub (available from the second day of stay to allow water exchange), a sauna and emotional shower, a service bathroom and a dehumidifier. In the living room, the corten staircase leads to the first floor with access also from an external staircase. Here there is a bathroom with shower, the living room with extra sofa bed, dining area and kitchen equipped for breakfast. The floor is completed by two double bedrooms, one with an en suite bathroom with shower. Air conditioning in the rooms.
Park:
The green area of the villa surrounding the property is over 300 square meters. The green lawn areas alternate with terraced areas with aromatic plants such as lavender and sage. Around the property the vegetation is mainly olive and cypress trees. The villa's main access gate leads to the vehicle parking area. The parking area is connected to the ground floor of the house by an iron pedestrian access staircase. At the top of the staircase, looking at the villa, on the left are on one side the garden adorned with a barbecue and on the other the porch of the villa. The porch is equipped with a dining table; on the right side of the porch there is a pergola with a seating area. The pergola leads to the pool's teak solarium. Adjacent to the pool, a stone path that reaches the back of the house where there is an additional stone barbecue. N.B.: Please note that the photo shoots are usually carried out in spring, so the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns and parks may be different when you enter the villa.
Pool:
The pool is located 20 m from the main entrance and 10 m from the pergola. The structure is above ground, that is, it is raised and surrounded by a teak solarium. The pool area is accessed by 3 steps on the side of the solarium. The swimming pool measures 8 x 4 m and is 1.30 m deep and is accessed by a metal staircase. The pool is covered with a PVC sheet and internally illuminated. The purification system is chlorinated. The outdoor shower delivers hot water thanks to a solar panel.
Animals: Yes. Extra cleaning in case of the presence of animals (€50.00 per week per animal).
