House of Dreams

The House of Dreams is a 2 bedroom villa that is big on character as well as comfort. the villa has 2 ensuite bedrooms and a superbly equipped kitchen as well as a cinema-style entertainment system and quiet study area. the Villa is situated high above Kalkan and offers lovely views as well as wonderful outside space including a private pool (7x5m, accessed via steps) and terrace with shaded area. There’s space for outdoor dining too, plus gazebo seating. The magnificent rooftop terrace is perfect for taking in the spectacular views and watching the sunset. It's just a convenient five-minute drive along the road just below the house to Kalkan’s harbour and old town with its many wonderful cafes, restaurants and bars. There is a small grocery shop 200m away and the beautiful Patara Beach is only a 20 minute drive away. The Villa is not suitable for children under 10 or guests with limited mobility due to the number of steps and drops (there are 42 steps to the front door)

All guests staying in Kalkan are treated to a complimentary Turkish bath (hamam) treatment in the Kalkan Regency hotel's renowned spa and a day trip on the hotel’s traditional gület boat, Poseidon, with lunch and a welcome glass of bubbles included (additional drinks will need to be paid for on board). Tea/coffee and cakes will be served in the afternoon. Please speak to your local representative on arrival to confirm your bookings.
