Casale dell'Oasi was founded at the end of 1800 in what is now the WWF Oasis of Pian Sant'Angelo. The current appearance is the result of careful restoration and recovery, with respect for the natural context that hosts it and the taste of a welcoming and comfortable country residence. Ceilings with exposed chestnut beams, local stone walls, terracotta floors, red grit, piperine thresholds, furniture and upholstery in warm colors. Surrounded by greenery and far from the chaos of the city, it is the strategic point for visiting the most beautiful places in Upper Lazio, a land of volcanic lakes and centuries-old forests home to wild animals, profoundly Etruscan and Faliscan, but also medieval and Renaissance, which smells of chestnuts, hazelnuts and olive trees, a small jewel of inestimable wealth. Located twenty minutes from the Magliano Sabina highway exit, it is the ideal location for special moments to spend with family and friends. Shops, restaurants and services are just a few kilometers away in the town of Corchiano, a village with a food and wine vocation renowned for its hazelnut groves and butchery.

Interiors:
The HOUSE is spread over two levels connected by an internal terracotta staircase and an external brick staircase. The entrance opens onto an open space with living room with fireplace and Smart TV with Sky, dining room with exit to the porch. Next to the dining room and connected to the entrance is the built-in kitchen with fireplace and barbecue. The ground floor includes a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and exit to the garden, and a guest bathroom with shower in a hallway with exit to the garden. The first floor consists of a living room with fireplace and digital terrestrial TV, a double bedroom, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and exit to the terrace, a twin bedroom, a bathroom with a bathtub, a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom with a jacuzzi. Twenty meters from the house there is the ANNEX with living room with ornamental fireplace, kitchenette, bathroom with shower, double bedroom. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioners with independent control unit. The washing machine is located in the farmhouse's kitchen.
Park:
The farmhouse is located inside the WWF Oasis of Pian Sant'Angelo, a mosaic of natural environments and archaeological finds unique in the land that was inhabited by the Falisci. In an area of 254 hectares, nature is combined with history: the landscape consists of different environments with centuries-old oaks, wooded gorges, pastures and false monuments. The entire area is available to guests who can move there freely for walks, trekking, excursions, horseback riding (the riding school is 1.5 km from the house), with the awareness of running into wild boars, foxes, porcupines, badgers, ducks and all the animals typical of protected oases. 1 hectare of park including the farmhouse, the annex, the swimming pool, the mixed lawn garden and the parking lot is fenced with wooden poles and electrowelded mesh to prevent larger animals from entering the property, it is therefore important that the Remain closed. The car park has up to 6 uncovered parking spaces. The porch connected directly to the farmhouse's dining room offers a comfortable space for outdoor lunches and dinners next to an outdoor terrace with outdoor seating. The built-in barbecue is located in the garden between the house and the annex. N.B.: Please note that the photo shoots are usually carried out in spring, so the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns and parks may be different when you enter the villa.
Pool:
The pool is located on the same level as the house and the annex, which is 20 meters away. It measures 4.5 x 14 m with a depth varying from 1.20 to 1.80 m, is purified with salt, has an internal coating in beige PVC cloth and has an angular Roman staircase with four steps for access to the water, the edge of the tub is in pepperino. The solarium, consisting of two stone platforms of 20 square meters each surrounded by mixed grass, is furnished with sun loungers and umbrellas. The pool has lighting inside the pool and is open from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October.
