The property is divided into two units: the Trulli are the main body and accommodate the kitchen, equipped with every comfort and two double bedrooms, each with bathroom and shower plus an additional single bed in the smaller Trullo. The second unit is an annexe adjacent to the pool with a bedroom and bathroom with shower.ย 
On the square in front of the house, there is an outdoor kitchen equipped with barbecue, stove, sink and a large table with chairs to enjoy outdoor lunches and dinners. The swimming pool (10x4 m) is surrounded by the solarium area, equipped with sun loungers, and garden with lawn and aromatic plants.ย 
Sauna on request for a fee. If a cot and high chair is requested, payment of โ‚ฌ25 only for the cot will be required, the high chair is free. If they require only the high chair, the cost will be โ‚ฌ25.

For security reasons, the property has surveillance cameras, in outdoor areas, to protect the owners and guests themselves.
