A few kilometers from the prestigious art city of Arezzo, immersed in the hilly context of the Val di Chiana Arezzo, and in a particularly quiet and secluded area just outside the small town of Alberoro, is this ancient building completely renovated according to the dictates of the Tuscan tradition and transformed into a charming home, characterized by spacious interiors, furnished with prestigious furniture and refined details, and a garden that offers a viewpoint over the rural landscapes of the Val di Chiana Aretina and the villages of the district. The villa is spread over two levels and preserves the original stone tower with a suggestive panoramic view. An almost limitless vineyard plantation and many olive trees frame the comfortable outdoor equipped areas. Fast roads and important historic centers located within a few kilometers, such as Lucignano, Cortona, Pienza, Montepulciano, the villages of Chianti, Siena or Florence, will allow you to alternate with relaxation unforgettable excursions to discover the most famous Tuscany and also nearby Umbria.
Interiors:
The villa is spread over two floors for an area of more than 400 square meters. The access door to the ground floor leads to a large entrance that leads to the TV room, to the large living room with sofas and fireplace and to the kitchen, which leads to the dining room, connected to the outdoor dining area by a French window. The floor is completed by a guest bathroom and a laundry room. The upper floor, also accessible by an external staircase that leads to an atrium where the piano is located, disengages the sleeping area consisting of: double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower, double bedroom served by a bathroom with shower and bathtub, twin bedroom, double bedroom, a bathroom with tub and finally a wardrobe room.
Park:
Villa Pucci is surrounded by a very well-kept park immersed in the tranquility of the countryside, with lots of lawn that unfolds on a flat and completely fenced surface, bordered around the entire perimeter by the property's vines. Once past the entrance gate, the parking area located in the immediate and convenient vicinity of the main entrance will be immediately available. From here you will be welcomed by the outdoor dining area covered by a large umbrella and equipped with gas barbecue, a seating area with sofas and the panoramic pool area, all in the immediate vicinity of the entrances to the house.
Pool:
The irregularly shaped pool is located at the back of the villa, which is about 15 m away and can be reached through the lawn. The tub measures 4 x 12 m and has a constant depth of 1.50, is internally covered in gray PVC and is equipped with internal lights. The purification plant is chlorinated. The edge of the pool is paved with stone and after about one meter it leaves room for the manicured lawn along which elegant sunbeds, tables, umbrellas and a solar shower are arranged. It will remain open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
