Interiors:
The villa follows the natural slope of the land, and each of the two floors is directly connected to the outside as well as by the internal staircase. GROUND FLOOR — Entrance hall; open space living room with dining table and ornamental fireplace; kitchen with peninsula; a twin bedroom with joinable beds; two double bedrooms; two bathrooms with shower; a bathroom with tub and shower. LOWER FLOOR — Entrance, two single bedrooms with 137 cm bed; a double bedroom; a bathroom with bathtub; a bathroom with shower and small gym area with tools; tavern with living room with dining table and ornamental fireplace; open kitchen in masonry; pantry; laundry. Park:
The villa is located on a large unfenced plot of 15000 square meters. A dining area with panoramic views is located on the covered terrace in front of the lawn and pool. The access road, lined with tall trees, leads from the driveway to the parking area crossing the property from the lower floor.
N.B.: Please note that the photo shoots are usually carried out in spring, so the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns and parks may be different when you enter the villa.

Pool:
The pool is located about 30 m from the villa, in a panoramic position with a view of the surrounding hills. Rectangular in shape with measures 3 x 8 meters and a constant depth of 1.50m. Covered in PVC; salt purification system; Roman access stairs; lighting inside and outside the tank. The surrounding solarium is equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas. Open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.

Unauthorized events and guests: the stay does not include the use of the property for parties, receptions or the access of people exceeding the maximum number of guests indicated in the reservation. These activities are allowed only with prior written authorization and definition of the relevant conditions.
The admission of animals to the facility must be authorized in advance by the owner after communicating the number of animals, size and breed.
