The garden is arranged on several terraces, one of which is occupied by the swimming pool immersed in a large area of lawn. The location is ideal for those looking for tranquility without sacrificing the convenience of the center and allows you to reach the towns of Versilia and its beaches in a few minutes by car.

The villa is spread over 3 floors, connected by internal stairs, for an area of about 260 square meters. GROUND FLOOR - Living room (with ornamental fireplace); dining room; kitchen with adjoining laundry area; a bathroom with shower. FIRST FLOOR - Living room (with ornamental fireplace); two double bedrooms; a double bedroom with study; a bathroom with shower. SECOND FLOOR - Living room, two double bedrooms (with divisible bed); a bathroom with shower. Air conditioning is available only in the rooms. Mosquito nets are available in the bedrooms.
Park:
The garden extends on the south side of the villa for about two hectares and is completely fenced (1,60m metal mesh). It is organized on several terraces that follow the natural slope of the land, connected by wooden steps that lead to the pool area. In the park there are some fruit trees and a fireplace that can also be used as a barbecue. At the exit of the living area on the ground floor there is a shaded dining table and a large pergola equipped with a seating area.N.B.: Please note that the photo shoots are usually carried out in spring, so the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns and parks may be different when you enter the villa.
Pool:
The pool is located on a higher level than the villa and is reached via a series of steps that connect the garden terraces. Rectangular shape with Roman access staircase; dimensions 15 x 6 m and depth between 1.2 and 2.2 m; chlorine purification plant; internal lighting. Solarium area (paved around the perimeter of the pool and then bordered with a lawn area of about 200 square meters) equipped with umbrellas, sun loungers and cold water shower. Adjacent to the pool are a changing room and a relaxation area. Open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
