The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a breakfast table and TV, leads to a covered veranda with an outdoor dining table and built-in barbecue, overlooking the inviting pool, Funchal, and the vast ocean. Gather on the south-facing terrace for a dip in the pool or just to admire the views. 

Head down to the lower ground floor for entertainment in the games and leisure room, equipped with a pool table, table football and a treadmill, ensuring that every member of your group finds something to enjoy.

The inviting master bedroom on the first floor has a dressing area, en-suite bathroom, and a private balcony. Additional bedrooms include one double and two twins, all sharing a family bathroom and a full-length south-facing balcony, all with sea views, enhancing your stay with natural beauty. The first-floor landing also houses a single chaise lounge bed with a pull-out mattress underneath which can accommodate two children. An interior fifth double bedroom (without windows to the outside) and a separate shower room can be found off the games/leisure room on the lower ground floor. 

Exploring the island is a must and it couldn’t be easier by car from this convenient location. Shops and amenities are within walking distance or a short drive away, including a bakery café and restaurant just a stroll away from the villa.

FIRST FLOOR:  Master bedroom with dressing area, en-suite bathroom and private balcony with sea views. Double bedroom and a further two twin bedrooms sharing a family bathroom and a full-length south-facing balcony. Landing area with a single chaise lounge bed with mattress, underneath of which is a pull out mattress, for the 11th and 12th persons.

LOWER GROUND FLOOR: A large games/leisure room with pool table, table football and a treadmill. Double bedroom (no windows to the outside). Shower room.

OUTSIDE: Covered Built-in barbecue area with dining table overlooking the pool and panoramic sea views. Infinity style heated pool (10 x 4m widest and 3m narrowest; Depth 1m x 1.80m) with sun lounger. Outside seating area with panoramic views.
