The main house comprises five double bedrooms, complemented by 2 masters suits in a separate guest wing, each with its private bathroom. Generous living spaces, bathed in natural light from expansive windows, seamlessly transition into a well-appointed kitchen. 

Head outside for a refreshing dip in the pool adorned with Moroccan tiles, or relax in comfort outside on the expansive terrace furnished with seating, tables and parasols. Cool lighting from the garden and the sunset over the mountains, together with relaxed music, makes the terrace a special place to unwind with drinks or while enjoying a barbecue.

As you explore the surroundings, you'll discover a yoga studio and boules court nearby, nestled in the verdant grounds. An orchard and an organic vegetable garden providing daily hand-picked vegetables and fruit, in addition to home-grown olive oil and organic handmade honey, handmade soap and shower gel as well as wine from their own vineyard. Immerse yourself in the beauty of the landscape and savour its healthy, natural delights. A private chef can be arranged to prepare delicious Mallorcan dishes.

Beyond the villa, an array of activities are available, ensuring your Mallorcan retreat is filled with memorable experiences. Tennis and horseback riding from the villa can be arranged. Local restaurants are close by in the nearby village Llubi or head to the bay of Alcudia for beaches, just 20 minutes drive away.

Inside:  Generous and casual living spaces with big windows leading into the kitchen. Five double bedrooms in the main house with en suite bathroom.  Two Double room in a connecting guest wing with en suite bathroom.

Outside: 200m² terrace. Different spaces and chill out areas. Heatable private swimming pool ( 4 x 9 metres; 2m depth). Exotic garden with colourful flowers, lawns and a collection of medicinal and aromatic herbs. Yoga Platform. Boules court.

Amenities: Underfloor heating throughout, Air conditioning in all bedrooms, WiFi by satellite inside and outside the house, Smart TV in the living room, Yoga studio upon request, Tennis Table available, Sonos system in and outside of the house, barbecue space with coal or wood fire.

Guests will receive fresh fruit and vegetables every day from the organic vegetable garden.
