Interiors:GROUND FLOOR: Main entrance that leads to a bright open-plan living and dining area with ornamental fireplace and large French doors opening onto the garden; fully equipped kitchen with access to the outside; double bedroom with private bathroom with shower; double bedroom with private bathroom with bathtub; guest bathroom. FIRST FLOOR: Double bedroom with walk-in closet and private bathroom with bathtub; two double bedrooms (joinable beds), one with private bathroom with shower and the other with private bathroom with bathtub. LOWER FLOOR: TV room; Gym with treadmill, multifunction station and weights; Bathroom with shower; Laundry with external access. Park:The 3,000 mยฒ plot, completely fenced, offers total privacy and a rich range of plants, including oaks, maritime pines, olive trees and colorful flowering plants such as lavender, irises and camellias. Shaded areas, benches and relaxation areas offer serene places to enjoy the natural beauty of the garden. A wooden gazebo houses an outdoor kitchen equipped with a marble counter, sink and infrared barbecue, perfect for outdoor dining. The terracotta solarium area is equipped with sun loungers, benches, a swing, umbrellas, an outdoor cold water shower and a bath by the pool. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the last Saturday in October.
