Masseria Muto is a finely restored 17th century country house, with private pool and hot tub, immersed in the quiet of the countryside between Casarano and Ruffano, in the heart of Salento. Once a hunting reserve for a noble family, the property still retains its characteristic dry stone walls and stone vaults, enhanced by a contemporary intervention that harmoniously combines tradition and modern design. The interiors, all on one level, include a bright living area with sitting and dining room, a separate kitchen and three double bedrooms. Outside, trees and plants frame the pool and paved terraces, where there is also an outdoor dining area. A quiet location, a short drive from the beaches of Gallipoli and convenient for reaching Lecce, Santa Maria di Leuca and Castro.

Park:

The villa is surrounded by dry stone walls and immersed in about 1,000 square meters of Mediterranean vegetation, including fruit trees, pomegranates, lavender and climbing roses. Next to the kitchen there is a dining area covered by a pergola, with barbecue, accompanied by a shaded relaxation area with pool views. The garden also includes a cold water shower, a hot tub for four people (not heated) and a designer gas fireplace with steel frame. Parking area inside the property. It should be noted the presence of some cats from the surrounding countryside that frequent the property's garden.

The pool is located in front of the villa and is directly accessible from the living area. Rectangular in shape; measures 10.5 x 3.5 m with a constant depth of 1.30 m; covered in PVC; access by Roman stairs; chlorine purification; interior lighting and mood lights at dusk; solarium equipped with sun loungers and umbrella. Open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
