Spacious and very bright apartment, with partial sea view from the master bedroom and living room. It is located in a quiet and exclusive environment, a few steps from the Castello dei Sogni beach and Via Avenaggi, from which you can reach the center and the train station with a pleasant walk overlooking the sea. It is the ideal location to spend unforgettable days of vacation in peace in Rapallo.

The apartment consists of a cozy living area with an equipped open kitchen, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds (which can be joined together) and two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub. Each room has a balcony.
The apartment is reserved for non-smokers (it is possible to smoke outside, on the balconies) and is equipped with wifi and television in all rooms. Hairdryers, irons, towels and bed linen are also available for the entire duration of your stay.
The house remains completely at your disposal and every detail has been designed to welcome you in a clean, refined and comfortable environment. Take care, you are welcome!

We remind our guests that the apartment is located on the first floor and that it is necessary to climb stairs. Air conditioning is available in the bedrooms but not in the living room.


House rules:

- Check-in at the apartment by appointment from 15 to 21. Alternatively, it is possible to organize a self check-in (always starting at 3 p.m.).
- Tourist tax (2.50 euros per person per night) to be paid in cash upon arrival.
- In case of late arrivals after 21, a supplement of Euro 30 is required for late check-in until 23 or Euro 40 for arrivals after 23 (not in the case of self check-in).
- Guests are required to show an ID upon check-in.
- Upon check-in, the guest is made to sign a rental agreement as required by law.
