Villa Rosita

The house is a single villa, at the head of an exclusive village located a few meters from the sea just outside the town of Palau. It has a wide view of the sea, the islands of Santo Stefano, Caprera and La Maddalena, as well as the Bear Rock.
It has a large garden both in front and on the back well planted with local vegetation and with walkable grass.
It is equipped with a very pleasant outdoor gazebo where you can eat while enjoying the view.
Next to the gazebo is the built-in barbecue, with sink and outdoor built-in shower.
Inside the village itself, protected from the outside by a fence and a private gate, there is access to a convenient beach that can be reached in a few minutes on foot, ideal for families with children.
The house is well sunny and sheltered from the mistral wind and has a large porch with a granite table under which it is pleasant to have lunch. Inside, the living room is quite large and the kitchenette has a large window that gives light to the environment.
The rooms are large enough and equipped with comfortable wardrobes.
In both bathrooms there is a built-in shower.
From the two rooms at the back of the house there is direct access to the garden. The house is well ventilated.

It is forbidden to hold parties and events. Any penalties will be charged to the tenant if the garbage is not properly disposed of and separated collection.
