In Valsesia, at the foot of the Monte Rosa Massif, the meticulous renovation of a 19th century barn has given life to this wonderful chalet that, while preserving the peculiarities and charm of the ancient Walser-style buildings, today offers all the modern comforts to spend a relaxing holiday, immersed in the nature of a mountain environment of extraordinary beauty. The part of the chalet available is the one on the ground floor (the first floor belongs to a different owner) with an attached garage next to the front door and directly overlooking the 800 square meters of sunny garden from morning to evening and the 700 square meters of forest behind the house, all owned and exclusive use. On the beautiful furnished patio around the chalet you can have meals, on warmer days the garden shower provides refreshment and the barbecue is the inevitable tool for cheerful barbecues with friends. Wood and exposed stone are the characteristic and predominant elements both outside and inside, the furniture is very nice and the large windows offer enchanting views. The Sesia river flows near the property, which is a true legend in the living water sports environment in Europe. With its rapids, waterfalls and sparkling waters, it has become a paradise for adventurers looking for an adrenaline and at the same time authentic experience. The thrill of a descent along its rippled waters is unparalleled and the breathtaking view of Monte Rosa surrounding the river adds a spectacular setting to this unique adventure. In winter you can reach in a few minutes by car the ski resorts that lead from Alagna to Gressoney and Champoluc, while in other seasons, in addition to the numerous trekking routes, rafting and kayaking are frequently practiced and the Sorba stream is the perfect setting for canyoning. Chalet Walser is the ideal destination for a vacation dedicated to freedom, activities in contact with nature in a territory rich in history and traditions where, of course, typical food and wine products cannot be missing, in particular mountain tomato and moccetta, dried beef made from cow's muscle, a very lean cured meat of ancient origin whose origin derived from the need to preserve meat for a long time during the winter period. Don't miss a bottle of Gattinara D.O.C.G.

Along Provincial Road 82, the detour on a 200-meter well-groomed dirt road leads into the property to the garage and the parking area right next to the chalet's front door. The garden of about 800 square meters surrounding the chalet is mostly flat with a beautiful lawn and some birch trees, while at the back a beautiful larch and pine grove offers berries and mushrooms in the summer season. The deckchairs can be placed at the discretion of the Guests in the garden or under the patio, which is equipped with tables and chairs for outdoor meals, from breakfast to dinner. An outdoor shower with hot and cold water provides refreshment on hot and sunny summer days and a charcoal or wood barbecue is available for outdoor cooking. N.B.: Please note that the photo shoots are usually carried out in spring, so the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns and parks may be different when you enter the villa.
