The villa is on one level. GROUND FLOOR — Entrance to the open space living area with living room, dining area and kitchen; French windows with direct access to the garden and outdoor terrace for outdoor dining. A retractable steel staircase leads to a small mezzanine-studio furnished with period furniture. The sleeping area includes a double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower; a twin bedroom with joinable beds; a small loft accessible via a stepladder, with two single beds. The villa is surrounded by completely fenced private land of about 4000 square meters, located between Acquaviva Picena and Monteprandone. The garden is planted with cherries, hazel trees, peach trees, olive trees, oaks, aromatic shrubs and flowering plants. A natural well feeds the automatic irrigation system. In front of the kitchen is a terrace with a wood oven, built-in barbecue and outdoor dining area. Two parking spaces are located near the main gate, while a second gated entrance offers additional parking for up to four cars.
