Welcome to our charming and bright apartment, located at Via Franklin Delano Roosevelt 25, in a strategic position in the center of Como. A refined apartment with contemporary design, created to offer all the comfort needed during your stay. Each room has been carefully furnished to ensure functionality, aesthetics, and a welcoming atmosphere.

The living room is the heart of the apartment, featuring a spacious modern sofa, perfect for moments of relaxation. The large window fills the space with natural light, highlighting the dark gres floor and the white walls.
The dining area, furnished with an elegant glossy black table set for four and upholstered chairs, invites you to enjoy convivial dinners or simple breaks. The contemporary pendant lighting and the urban painting add a sophisticated touch to the room.

The kitchen is a real gem for those who love practicality and design. Equipped with an induction cooktop, stainless steel, and glass range hood, it has everything needed to prepare tasty meals.
The workspaces are ample and organized, with modern appliances and accessories such as dishes, utensils, and a decorative tray with a carafe and glasses. Natural elements, such as a chopping board with fresh vegetables, add a cozy and homely touch.

The sleeping area offers a single room with a minimalist but refined style, furnished with a comfortable bed with high-quality linen. Above the bed, a minimalist shelf holds decorative paintings that enrich the space without overwhelming it.
