Outdoor dining spaces and a large covered barbecue area are perfect for sharing convivial moments. The location is panoramic and well connected, with Chianti, Florence and Arezzo easily accessible.

Among the available facilities are a tennis court, a soccer court, a beach volleyball court, a ping pong table, a padel court, two pergolas with dining areas, a large built-in oven, a barbecue and Carrara marble worktops. Each unit has a dedicated garden area. The covered parking area is located 700 meters from the entrance gate and a few meters from the buildings. Pool:The rectangular pool is located on the lower terrace and can be reached via a 30-meter path. It measures 20 x 8 meters, with a depth varying from 1.10 to 2.5 meters; covered in PVC with internal lighting; chlorine purification; submerged ladder; counter-current swimming and manually operated geysers; heated by solar panels. The solarium, paved with travertine and wood, is furnished with sun loungers, umbrellas and a shaded gazebo. Nearby there is a second circular pool for children, covered in mosaic, with shallow water and hydromassage and a shower with hot and cold water. The entire area is fenced. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
Tennis Court:
The private, fenced tennis court, with synthetic grass surface and equipped with lighting, covers an area of about 400 square meters. It is located about 60 meters from the house, adjacent to the parking area and the pool. Four rackets are available. The padel court, available to guests, with a synthetic surface and equipped with lighting, is adjacent to the tennis court and can be reached from the parking lot or the path that leads to the tennis court, continuing for a few meters. Rackets and balls are available.
