A long driveway lined with oaks and pine trees leads from the entrance gate to the property, which shares the avenue with a neighboring villa located further downstream. On one side of the villa there is a porch with a furnished veranda and a traditional wood oven located near the kitchen. On the opposite side, a large lawn surrounds the pool and houses a gazebo with lighting, dining table and chairs. Additional relaxation areas are located under the pine trees, in a shaded area designed for reading and resting. In front of the villa there is an outdoor parking area with a charging station for electric vehicles. The property is partially fenced with 1.20 m high mesh and dry stone walls of varying heights, not completely safe for pets. The infinity pool is located about 30 meters from the villa, on the north-east side of the garden, and can be reached through a stone path in Trani. Rectangular in shape; measures 10 x 5 m with a constant depth of 1.40 m; covered in shaved concrete; access through internal steps; salt purification system; double-sided whirlpool; electric cover. The pool has internal lighting. The surrounding solarium is paved in Trani stone and equipped with sun loungers, deckchairs, outdoor shower with hot/cold water and a gazebo furnished with table and chairs. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
