 Allowing individuals other than those officially listed in the booking to stay overnight or be hosted in the apartment is prohibited. If a friend, family member, or other person needs to enter the apartment solely for a brief visit without staying overnight, you must notify the property in advance and provide a valid ID for that person.

 Please avoid making excessive noise especially during the evening and night out of respect for neighbors and other guests.

Access to the building entrance is via a phone-activated entry system. For guests unable to use this method, a physical key is available; this must be left in the apartment upon check-out. A €10.00 fee will be charged if the key is lost or not returned.

 Pets are welcome, but we kindly ask that you do not allow them onto the beds or sofas.

Waste may be disposed of in the designated street-side bins; alternatively, our staff will collect it at check-out.
