Villa Petrillo is a contemporary villa with white exterior façades, located in the rural hills of Irpinia, in Campania, about an hour's drive from Naples and the Amalfi Coast. Behind its walls there are interiors with a minimalist design, smooth surfaces and impactful contemporary furnishings distributed over two floors. Perfect for accommodating up to six people, the villa has three double bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large open-plan living area on the ground floor, with a fully equipped kitchen and a covered veranda for outdoor lunches and dinners. A special feature of the villa is the small cellar hidden under the porch floor. The landscaped garden surrounding the villa includes a swimming pool, lawn areas and panoramic views of the hills, with oaks, olive trees and fruit trees typical of the area.

The villa is spread over two floors connected by an internal staircase. GROUND FLOOR — Large open space living area with sofas, smart TV and French door sliding to the veranda; dining area and kitchen with central island and direct access to the outside; service bathroom with shower; cellar located under the veranda, accessible from the inside. FIRST FLOOR — Three double bedrooms (one with walk-in closet and access to a furnished terrace with sitting area); bathroom with double sink and shower; laundry room with access to the terrace.

Park:

The property covers about one hectare, with gently sloping meadows, oaks, olive trees and a rich variety of fruit and ornamental plants typical of Irpinia, including annurca apple trees, loquats, figs, rowan trees and mulberries. Oleanders, rosemary, pitosphores and roses complete the garden. A pergola near the entrance covers two private parking spaces. The veranda adjoining the kitchen and dining area is furnished for outdoor dining and offers panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. From here, a staircase leads to the pool area. A small cellar is located under the veranda and is accessible via an internal staircase.
