Located on the top floor of a historic building between Chiaia, Piazza del Plebiscito, Quartieri Spagnoli and Corso Vittorio Emanuele, with the nearby central funicular stop. The house consists of a living room with kitchen and a bedroom plus bathroom. The building has an elevator that connects to the top floor and to reach the house there is a last flight of stairs to the roof.

December 24 and 31: check-ins will be available until 18.00.

Upon check-in, you will be required to sign a contract, as required by Italian rental law.
