Palazzo Pozzo Bonelli is a unique 16th century residence, rich in history, located at the foot of the village of Ottiglio, in the heart of the Monferrato hills, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Originally built by the noble Milanese Pozzo Bonelli family, the palace was formerly the home of the Viceroy of Sardinia and later a parish residence. Restored under the supervision of the Superintendence of Fine Arts of Turin, today it combines historic elements with modern comforts. The villa retains many original features, including vaulted ceilings, frescoes, coffered ceilings, ancient ornamental fireplaces, inlaid floors and period furniture. The air-conditioned bedrooms, two kitchens, and large bathrooms make the property ideal for large groups. The common areas and the seven bedrooms are distributed on two levels. Outside, an enclosed garden with pool, solarium and pergola provide a picturesque retreat for summer stays.
