Casa La Fenice 8+2

Its name summarizes, like the example from which it takes its name, the symbol of rebirth; and the combination is more than appropriate considering the origins of Casa la Fenice which, from a simple country farm, has been transformed, reborn under the guise of a beautiful Tuscan home, after having undergone an important renovation to which the owner has particularly cared, and which testifies to the emotional bond with these walls. We are in a lesser-known corner of Tuscany but of extraordinary beauty, where the contrast between the verdant hills and the Berignone and Monterufoli-Caselli Nature Reserves and the suggestive lunar landscapes signed by the Devil's Valley stands out: with all its charm, it offers surprising views in which nature appears with all its strength, giving almost an air of veiled mystery with geothermal shower heads in the background. The original stone left exposed on the internal walls, the beams and the terracotta on the ceilings, the bright air-conditioned rooms, each with a private bathroom, the panoramic terrace on the first floor are just some of the strengths of Casa La Fenice, where the cozy living area on the ground floor with the beautiful kitchen with marble worktop opens onto the outdoor living areas. All around it is surrounded by the fenced garden enhanced by delightful dry stone walls, fruit trees and olive trees, and embellished with numerous areas for rest, and fun: the hot tub, the barbecue area, the newly built swimming pool and the numerous living and relaxation areas that will not betray the expectations for a dream stay. The farmhouse is located on the outskirts of the town of Pomarance (about 1 km), one of the most representative villages of the Alta Val di Cecina, whose Rocca Sillana dominates the natural beauty of this scenery from above. The location is perfect for enjoying privacy and tranquility but also for discovering the beautiful scenery of the Val di Cecina, a land of ancient villages (Pomarance, Volterra, Montecatini Val di Cecina), and numerous oases and nature reserves.
Interiors:
Casa La Fenice is spread over two levels connected by an internal staircase. A few steps lead to the main entrance on the ground floor. From here start the staircase to the first floor and a short ramp that leads to the living area consisting of a spacious, well-equipped kitchen connected to the dining room; the rooms have direct access, through French windows, to the garden and are served by a bathroom with shower. Three double bedrooms with en suite bathroom with shower, each with external access and not communicating internally, complete the composition of the ground floor. Going up to the first floor, there is a double bedroom with a small balcony, a bathroom with a chrome therapy shower, the TV room with a double sofa bed and access to the terrace, and finally the laundry room.
Park:

The park that surrounds the house is spread over a flat area of about 20,000 square meters and is completely fenced. The garden, which develops all around the house, houses lawned areas bordered by dry stone walls and animated by aromatic bushes, fruit trees and a sea of olive trees. In this cozy setting, there is the hot tub (available at extra cost and heated to a maximum temperature of 27°) with an adjoining service bathroom, a suggestive water lily tub, the wooden gazebo with table and relaxation beds near the beautiful pool, the barbecue area with wood oven and barbecue and a large porch with dining table in a convenient position at the exit of the kitchen. After passing the entrance gate of the property, you will soon reach the parking area, near the entrances to the house.

Pool:
The newly built pool is located in the garden in front of the exits of the living area from which it is a few meters away and can be reached through a ramp with a few downhill steps. The rectangular tank measures 5 x 10 m and a constant depth of 1.30 m. Covered in sand-colored PVC, it is equipped with internal lights, a Roman access staircase and is purified with chlorine. All inside, on the ceramic tile that surrounds it, there is a sunbathing area with sun loungers, umbrellas and a shower with cold water. The pool will be available from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
