Casa Sant'Elia is immersed in a 4-hectare estate with olive grove, small vineyard and fruit trees (apples, figs, cherries, apricots, nuts). The surrounding garden (about 3000 square meters) has large areas of lawn, hedges of aromatic plants, lavender and jasmine. A wisteria-covered pergola, adjacent to the kitchen and dining room, is ideal for outdoor lunches and dinners, with a wood oven and gas barbecue available. The property includes an old silos converted into a bathroom, a large infinity pool and a gazebo with sofas. Walking through olive groves and vineyards, it is possible to spot local wild animals. N.B.: Please note that photo shoots are usually carried out in spring, so the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns and parks may be different when you enter the villa.
Pool:
The infinity pool is located at a slightly lower level than the villa, which is about 10 meters away. Rectangular and covered in PVC, it measures 6 x 12 m with a depth varying from 1.20 m to 2 m.
