  • you can take possession of the house after 3 pm on the day of arrival and you must vacate it by 10 pm on the day of departure.

  • smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house.

  • it is strictly forbidden to bring and keep animals inside the house.

  • the house is exclusively reserved for guests who occupy the booked beds: access to unauthorized persons is therefore prohibited; visits by any external guests must be approved in advance by the property.

  • before leaving the house, please turn off air conditioners and lights and close all windows and the front door tightly.

  • the owner has the right, in the absence of guests and under special circumstances, to enter the house to avoid the onset of possible damage or dangers. the owner is required to promptly inform guests of his entrance.

  • In the event of loss or damage to house equipment, furniture, appliances or equipment, the guest is required to notify the landlord without delay. If the loss or damage is due to the fault of the guest, the guest will be required to pay compensation equal to the equivalent value of the lost item or the damage caused.

  • it is strictly forbidden to steal objects, furniture, appliances or part of the equipment supplied (towels, blankets and the like) from the house.

  • each guest is required to keep their personal effects left at home; the owner is not responsible for their theft/loss

  • Pay attention to the house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a fee of 50 Euro will be charged for the replacement of the lock as they are forced for security reasons.
