Good Manner in Monteprandone is a perfect balance between tradition and modernity, located in the Marche hills. The renovation, with attention to the smallest details, has been able to enhance the original materials through solutions such as porcelain stoneware and traditional wooden beams, creating an authentic and refined atmosphere. The location is ideal: on the one hand, the tranquility of the countryside with its pristine landscapes, on the other, the sea and the historic center of Monteprandone are easily accessible. This mix of history, nature and coastal beauty makes La Buona Maniera the ideal starting point for a cultural vacation or a relaxing stay.

Interiors:

The house is on 2 levels connected only by an external staircase. GROUND FLOOR — Open space with living room and dining area connected to the kitchen through a glass door; double bedroom with joinable beds, a sitting room with fireplace, bathroom with shower, a service bathroom and a laundry room. FIRST FLOOR - Sitting room with fireplace; small kitchen for breakfast; four double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom with shower (two bedrooms have a private terrace, one with two Victorian-style bathtubs).

Park:

The farmhouse is located within 10 hectares of partly flat land bordered by an automatic gate and private parking. The garden is large and adorned with trees and wheat fields. A paved and shaded space in front of the house is set up as a relaxation area while at the exit of the kitchen there is the dining area on the side in front of the pool there is a wood oven. N.B.: Please note that the photo shoots are usually carried out in spring, so the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns and parks may be different when you enter the villa.

Pool:


The pool is located in the center of the garden about 20 m from the house. Rectangular shape with dimensions 15 x 5 m and a constant depth of 1.23 m; covered in PVC with travertine border and Roman staircase; lawn sunbathing area with sun loungers and deckchairs; cold water shower; chlorine purification; open all year round.
