Villa Isa is located in the hills of Porto Rafael, along the northeastern coast of Sardinia, a few minutes' walk from La Sciumara beach. Inside the villa, built in the 70s on one level in traditional Sardinian style, characteristic elements such as the central fireplace, terracotta floors and natural stone details are combined with simple furnishings and comfortable environments for relaxation and conviviality. Outside, the villa is surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation and granite typical of the Porto Rafael landscape. A second panoramic terrace, equipped with a dining area, barbecue and built-in seating, completes the picture of outdoor living. The view opens onto the nearby town of Palau and the Maddalena Archipelago.

Interiors:
The villa is on one level. GROUND FLOOR — Entrance into the living room with direct access to the covered veranda overlooking the pool; dining area slightly raised from the living room; kitchen with direct access to the barbecue area; a double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower. A corridor connects the dining area to a hallway with two double bedrooms and a second bathroom with shower. Air conditioning in the bedrooms (fan in the double room).

Park:
The villa is surrounded by a fenced Mediterranean garden of about 2000 square meters, planted with oaks, myrtles, junipers and enriched by granite outcrops typical of the Porto Rafael landscape. In front of the living room there is a covered veranda, furnished with outdoor seating and overlooking the pool. At the back of the villa, a patio with built-in barbecue gives access, via a staircase, to a raised panoramic terrace, equipped for outdoor dining with a view of the Maddalena Archipelago. Three parking spaces are available on the property.
N.B.: Please note that the photo shoots are usually carried out in spring, so the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns and parks may be different when you enter the villa.

Pool:

The pool is located a few steps below the covered veranda and is easily accessible from the villa and the garden. Irregularly shaped (bean-shaped), it measures 6 m in length with a constant depth of 1.15 m; it is internally covered in PVC and externally in wood, with access via a movable ladder. The adjoining solarium, paved with granite, is equipped with deckchairs and umbrellas and offers a wonderful view of the Maddalena Archipelago. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
