Originally a 19th century chestnut squeegee, the villa is spread over two floors and has been carefully restored to preserve its historic character. The rooms combine modern comfort and artistic style with terracotta floors, beamed ceilings, sandstone fireplaces and period furniture. Ideal for up to eight guests, the house has four double bedrooms, a kitchen with dining area, and a living room. Designed for outdoor living, the villa is surrounded by a large landscaped garden with panoramic views of the hills up to Lucca, and equipped with a pergola, built-in barbecue and pool with a view. Lucca's ancient walls, historic center, shops and restaurants are just a short drive away. Possible day trips include Florence, Pisa and the beaches of Versilia.

The villa is spread over two floors, connected by an internal stone staircase. GROUND FLOOR โ Entrance under the pergola into the living room with ornamental fireplace; kitchen with dining area and adjoining laundry room; a hallway leads to a bathroom with shower; TV room accessible by a step from the corridor. FIRST FLOOR โ Three double bedrooms; two bathrooms with shower; independent external access to the master suite with double bed and bathroom with shower and Turkish bath. Air Conditioning in 3 bedrooms.
Park:
The landscaped garden offers sweeping views over the hills to Lucca and extends across terraced levels, planted with lemon trees, orange trees, lavender, aromatic herbs, succulents and palm trees. The pergola covered with a grapevine shades the outdoor dining and living area, with a built-in barbecue adjacent. A flight of steps leads up to the pool area. Past the entrance gate is a covered parking area, shaded by chestnut trees, olives and cypresses. Please note: access to the villa involves crossing a village with a narrow passage unsuitable for vehicles wider than 2 metres (6.5 feet). N.B.: Please note that the photo shoots are usually carried out in spring, so the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns and parks may be different when you enter the villa.
Pool:
The pool is located in the upper part of the garden, about 40 meters from the villa, accessible via a staircase. Rectangular in shape; measuring 6 x 12 m with a depth varying from 0.90 to 2.30 m; covered in sand-colored PVC; access via steel ladder; salt purification system; indoor and outdoor lighting. The surrounding solarium area is paved with wood and shaded by a large patio furnished with tables and benches. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
