Villa Sabbie Rosse 6

Villa Sabbie Rosse, recently built, resides on the coast of the “Capo Rizzuto” Protected Marine Area, one of the easternmost offshoots of the Calabria region. The villa, built in 2021, is spread over one level and features modern-style architecture, essential and well-defined geometries with a light color. From the kitchen, fully glazed and equipped with air conditioning, it is possible to cook without ever giving up the breathtaking view. Instead, outside, the comfortable covered and equipped veranda is ideal for enjoying lunches and dinners in the open air. The villa is in a privileged position, both for the wonderful sea view and for the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful beach below. It is accessed through a gate a few meters from the entrance of the villa and going down the path with about 50 steps. Please note that the sea view side is not fenced but delimited by wooden posts connected with a rope.
Interiors:

The property is on one level with a modern design and directly overlooking the sea. From the veranda, through sliding French windows, there is direct access to the three bedrooms and the kitchen, each with its own separate access and not communicating with each other. Thanks to the large windows, all opening and sliding, the kitchen seems like a natural continuation of the outdoor spaces. The three double bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
Park:

The exterior of the property is on one level, measures about 400 square meters and is characterized by a large covered paved veranda, where you can have lunch or simply enjoy the spectacular view. The remaining part is partly artificial grass and partly gravel. The property is fenced on three sides while the sea view side, in front of the veranda, is bordered by a series of wooden posts connected with a rope that allow you to enjoy the breathtaking view. At the entrance there is a small parking area for two cars. N.B.: Please note that the photo shoots are usually carried out in spring, so the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns and parks may be different when you enter the villa.
Pool:

The pool is located in front of the kitchen, which is about 2 m away. It is rectangular in shape, measures 7 x 3 m and has a constant depth of 1.55 m. It is purified with chlorine, covered with touch effect PVC, with external and internal lighting and can be accessed via a Roman staircase. It has a solarium area, equipped with a gazebo, sun loungers and a sitting area. It is always open and available from May to September.

Pets: Yes, small in size. €50.00 per week per pet.
