Villa Olimpia is a completely independent modern structure located on the promontory of Scopello with an extraordinary view of the Gulf of Castellammare. The property follows the natural course of the land that is spread over 3 levels. The pool area is located on the first terrace from bottom to top, the villa is located on the central terrace and on the third and last terrace there is an additional space with flowerbeds. Villa Olimpia has a large pergola equipped to comfortably organize your outdoor meals.

Interiors:
Villa Olimpia is spread over two levels of 60 square meters each. The ground floor overlooks a cozy large living room equipped with windows with sea view that give an airy and spacious atmosphere. The room leads to a kitchen with a peninsula equipped with all appliances, an anteroom with laundry and bathroom with shower. The floor is completed by a double bedroom slightly raised above the living room level. A staircase decorated in majolica leads to a second double bedroom with private terrace and a mezzanine with desk and a bathroom with shower and bathtub. The floor is completed by a third quadruple bedroom with a double bed, a bunk bed and a dressing room. The quadruple room has direct access to an additional large terrace.

Park:
Here there is certainly no shortage of outdoor spaces to enjoy, in fact the garden design naturally revolves around the villa with rhythm and in connection with the surrounding landscape using Mediterranean plants typical of the area. Completely fenced and of about 1000 square meters, it is spread over several terraces. Each outdoor area has been carefully designed to fully enjoy every day taking into account the position of the sun. A large veranda from where you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea is equipped with an outdoor kitchen complete with barbecue, wood oven and a large table from which to admire the sunsets. The park is completed by an indoor car park for 3 parking spaces. N.B.: Please note that the photo shoots are usually carried out in spring, so the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns and parks may be different when you enter the villa.
Pool:
Open from the last Saturday in April to the last Saturday in October, the pool is located on a lower level than the villa with access via a natural stone staircase. It has an irregular shape with a total area of about 75 square meters with a constant depth of 1.40 m. It enters the water through a comfortable Roman staircase, equipped with a pleasant waterfall and purified with salt. The edge of the pool is non-slip and surrounded by stone, mosaic and resin flooring while the pool is covered with PVC and is equipped with internal lighting. The sunbathing area is furnished with sun loungers and completed by an outdoor shower with hot and cold water and a mini bar.
Pets: yes (only a small animal), €50.00 per pet per week or part of the week. The admission of animals to the facility must be authorized in advance by the owner after communicating the number of animals, size and breed.
