Villa Gialonia is a newly built structure. Lime and raw stone are a perfect combination of the comfort of modern hospitality and respect for the typicality of the Salento style. Set in the countryside of the beautiful Pescoluse sea, and just outside the bustle of nightlife, it enjoys a strategic position that allows a vacation oriented to pure relaxation, without sacrificing the entertainment and possibilities that the coast offers.

Interiors:
The property that is spread over two levels. The interiors are local-style with a touch of eclectic modernity, characterized by star-vaulted ceilings. There is a living area characterized by large windows that allow you to enjoy a wonderful sea and pool view and from which you can head to the kitchen. The latter has a door that overlooks the patio ideal for breakfast or small snacks. The cleverly illuminated hallway leads to the sleeping area equipped with 4 double bedrooms all with en-suite bathroom with shower. Along the corridor, there is also a service bathroom. The accessories and furnishings are colorful and in perfect Mediterranean style, the suspended and custom-made wardrobes are handcrafted with silky vinyl fabric upholstery; the rooms, although similar, have accessories that distinguish them, and that make them unique, such as the headboards of the beds, all unique period pieces, as well as the bedside tables, each in a different style. In the basement with access from outside, there is a laundry room and a room with a double sofa bed.
Park:
The relevant garden is about 3,000 square meters in Mediterranean style with succulents, aromatic plants and rocks, sometimes with a green lawn and a stretch of red soil. There are numerous finely furnished spaces that allow guests to stop and dine outdoors, especially the patio facing the pool, furnished with dining area and outdoor living, as well as the beautiful barbecue area in typical local stone. The pool is also enchanting, strictly in stone with a pergola for dinners and breakfasts in pure Mediterranean style. N.B.: Please note that the photo shoots are usually carried out in spring, so the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns and parks may be different when you enter the villa. Fenced property: partially with mesh and walls.

Pool:
The rectangular-shaped pool is easily accessible from the villa's patio, which is about 10 m away. It measures 10 x 4 m and has a constant depth of 1.40 m. It is covered with beige PVC, purified with chlorine and has access to the pool through a small beach ideal for children and with a stepped entrance for older children. The sundeck area is furnished with a gazebo, chaise longue and small tables. The pool has a cold water shower, additional outdoor service and is available from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
Pets: Yes, small. €50.00 per week per pet to be paid locally. The admission of animals to the facility must be authorized in advance by the owner after communicating the number of animals, size and breed.
