The villa can be considered a true oasis of peace and serenity because it is far from traffic, but always close to the most famous centers of interest in Umbria. The estate is able to offer numerous opportunities, allowing you to range from the natural beauty of the Marmore Falls, a landscape of incredible beauty, or passing through food and wine itineraries rich in history crossing Todi, Spello, Orvieto, Spoleto, a city of immense historical and artistic wealth.

Interiors:
The villa is spread over two levels. The front door overlooks the large dining room, which characterizes the entire environment with the harmony of its frescoes. On the sides there are 5 double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, a professional kitchen and a bathroom. The dining room has French windows that open onto the outdoor living area and the pool. An internal staircase leads to the upper floor where there is a living room for the enjoyment of adults and children. Adjacent we still have a double bedroom with en suite bathroom, and a laundry room. Air conditioning in the bedrooms.
Park:
The property is set in a well-kept park, made of colors, whose atmosphere is dictated by the plants that compose it. Surrounded by 4,000 square meters of completely fenced land, the villa has a good shaded area by the pool, furnished for outdoor dining but also a pleasant bar area for aperitifs with breathtaking sunsets. Its lawn surrounded by cypresses, wisteria, rosemary, lavender and roses create an enchanting atmosphere.
Pool:
A few steps from the main entrance, the pool has a rectangular shape (14 x 7), has a constant depth of 1.50 meters and is purified with chlorine. It is covered in blue PVC that harmonizes well with the surrounding landscape. Access to the water is via a Roman staircase. The edge is paved and the solarium area is characterized by a lawn with sun loungers, deckchairs, umbrellas, shower, tables to relax under the shade of large centuries-old trees. The pool is available to guests from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
