Villa Agostini is a traditional two-storey farmhouse located in the hills of the Montefeltro area, near the border between Marche and Tuscany. Renovated in accordance with the rustic style typical of the countryside, it retains all its character with ceilings with exposed wooden beams, terracotta floors and stone walls. Surrounded by fields, woods and hills in the distance, it offers ample space for relaxing holidays, with five bedrooms. A well-kept garden surrounds the villa, equipped for spending pleasant days outdoors. You can have lunch outside under the covered porch on one side of the house or reach the pool on the other side, surrounded by lawn and hedges, with sun loungers and paved solarium. A pergola with a sitting area offers a shaded area ideal for a poolside drink.

Park:

The garden covers about 3,000 square meters, with large lawn areas and hedges that delimit various outdoor spaces. A covered porch next to the villa is furnished for outdoor lunches and dinners, while a pergola with a sitting area overlooks the pool area. The garden is enriched with roses, lavender, jasmine and Mediterranean herbs. An automatic gate leads to the outdoor parking area, with space for up to five cars.
