The villa has the charm of a noble residence and the freshness of seaside houses, where every detail is aimed at satisfying the needs of guests and creating an atmosphere of privacy, well-being and familiarity. Completely renovated with high quality standards, carefully designed in a style where the most modern comforts are perfectly combined with sober elegance, the villa has been equipped with the most advanced technological tools. Every element characterizing the interior of the villa has been treated with care and research of the best materials, giving class and exclusivity.
Interiors:
The property has an area of about 350 square meters arranged on two levels in addition to the laundry room in the basement. The main entrance, on the ground floor, leads through a corridor directly into the dining room, to the kitchen equipped with all accessories, to a bathroom with shower, to a study with internet station and to a double bedroom. On the first floor, accessed by a brick staircase covered with diorite, there is a living room with fireplace (ornamental) and balcony overlooking the sea, a double bedroom with bathroom with en suite bath, two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. A spiral staircase leads to a relaxation area with table football. In the basement there is the laundry area with freight elevators that go up to the attic. On the left of the main pedestrian entrance is the automated driveway gate that leads to an area suitable for a number of two uncovered parking spaces.
Park:
Around the villa with direct access from the dining room and all the pedestrian and driveway gates as well as from the garage, there is an enchanting garden of about 1000 square meters, surrounded by hedges, occupied by tall trees, flower pots and Mediterranean essences and where a lush decorative palm stands out in the center and where a magnificent swimming pool with solarium dominates all day long. Adjacent to the pool is an outdoor living area, with barbecue for outdoor dining.
Pool:
The pool is located in the center of the park, is rectangular in shape 11x5.50 meters, with a depth ranging from a minimum of 1.25 meters to a maximum of 1.70 meters with a semicircle at one end that houses a hydromassage area that can accommodate up to 8 guests. Access to the tub is with a brick staircase. The solarium around the pool is well equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas, is served by an outdoor changing room and a bathroom, solar shower 1 meter away. It is equipped with internal lighting, heating system on request and cover for the night. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to 31 October.
Pets: Small size on request. €50.00 per week per pet to be paid locally. The admission of animals to the facility must be authorized in advance by the owner after communicating the number of animals, size and breed.
If the garbage is not disposed of according to the instructions provided at check-in, €80.00 will be charged at check-out. If the garbage has not even been sorted, €200.00 will be charged.
