Villa Santa Maria is a typical country farmhouse from the late 1800s, completely renovated and inserted in the context of a wine estate in the heart of Chianti Classico. The house, built entirely of stone in accordance with the original design, preserves beams and bricks on the ceiling, terracotta floors and a suggestive travertine staircase. From the windows you can enjoy a magnificent view of the countryside and the woods of the surrounding hills, renowned all over the world. Staying at Villa Santa Maria means immersing yourself in the living reality of the farm: guests can book a private and tailor-made guided tasting experience of Chianti Classico, Riserva and extra virgin olive oil, conducted directly on site. A journey that tells the territory of Chianti Classico, the Berardenga area and the story of Santa Maria, with the possibility of combining it with selected local products. The hilly position guarantees ideal temperatures for a pleasant stay, while the geographical location makes the Villa a perfect starting point for excursions to Chianti Classico towns such as Castellina, Radda and Greve, or to art cities such as Florence and Siena.
