In this authentic Eden of incomparable beauty, in the center of a Mediterranean-inspired garden that houses a refined seawater pool and a wonderful gazebo suitable for outdoor cooking and for staying there, Villa Padulella finds its natural location. The granite stone, cleverly alternated with delicate plasters and juniper and chestnut woods, has embroidered its outer shell, the guardian of an authentic masterpiece, the result of the successful combination of home automation technology and skilful craftsmanship. The fulcrum of the house is the bright living room dressed in white, whose continuity of the natural terracotta that tiles inside and outside and a happy play of large glazed windows make a harmonious duet with the pergola extended over the garden and pool, a formidable point for lazing and looking far away to the sea, comfortably lying in soft armchairs. Interiors:
The front door, located at the back of the villa, leads us into the living room, here is the lounge/dining area (with ornamental fireplace) equipped with armchairs and connected to the kitchen. Three large French windows lead to the large furnished pergola that extends over the front garden. From the living room there is an arched corridor along which there are two double bedrooms, with direct access to the outside, each with an en-suite bathroom with shower. There is also a veranda with two joinable single beds, an additional double bedroom and a bathroom with shower with a double entrance. The fourth double bedroom is located to the left of the living room and can be reached by climbing 3 steps. Mobile air conditioner on the porch.
Park:
After a dive into the crystal clear waters, coming up from the beach, you can choose from the many refreshment points that the generous (fenced) garden offers you within its 2000 square meters cared for by a Mediterranean lawn and crowded with explosive vegetation of palm trees, cycas, olive trees, oleanders and flowering essences. The panoramic wooden platform is equipped with a solarium area and has sun loungers and sofas. Going up to the house you then find the suggestive swimming pool, in a central position, and further on, near the vast pergola at the exit of the living room, which houses a living room with satellite TV and dining table, there is a wooden gazebo with an exotic area complete with sofas, dining area and a kitchen equipped with a stove, oven, barbecue, wood oven, dishwasher, satellite TV and refrigerator. The property is equipped with an automatic access gate and a video surveillance system. Outside the gate there is a parking space. N.B.: Please note that the photo shoots are usually carried out in spring, so the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns and parks may be different when you enter the villa.
Pool:
Free-form, the large infinity pool has an area of 110 square meters. It is accessed through 4 submerged steps and inside two ledges give different depths to seawater, which increases from a minimum of 0.60 to a maximum of 2.50 m. On one of the flounces there is a nice granite stone armchair. The tub is bordered along one side by a crown of granite boulders and internally covered with a cement resin in shades of ivory. The surrounding solarium area, paved with natural terracotta bricks, is equipped with double and single beds and has a solar shower. A sophisticated play of lighting both inside the tub and in the surrounding garden make it fully usable even in the evening, thanks also to its proximity (about 10 m) to the pergola in front of the villa and the gazebo. The pool is chlorine-sanitized and will remain available from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
