PRIVATE STRUCTURE (RENTAL ONLY). Villa Le Cave, an enchanting and elegant villa, is located on a hill, from which the sea dominates to the Island of Elba, Corsica and Capraia. Located in the town of Campiglia Marittima, one of the most beautiful historic villages on the Etruscan Coast is considered by many to be a piece of paradise. The recently built villa is surrounded by 10 hectares of land with about 2000 olive trees and Mediterranean scrub. Inside the farm there is also an oil mill, which can be visited on request. From the garden, the villa and the pool but above all while relaxing under the porch you can enjoy the beautiful sunsets over the sea. The villa has been furnished with refined and valuable furniture giving each corner its own particular character. Ideal for spending a relaxing holiday, it is located a short distance from the airports of Florence and Pisa.
Interiors:
The villa of about 500 square meters is divided into two floors. On the ground floor, a large living area consisting of a living room, dining room and winter garden, is characterized by white beams ceilings and bright large windows that allow a spectacular view of the Gulf of Baratti, and which open onto a porch that runs throughout the house. This first area of the villa is equipped with a TV room, a modern stove equipped with the dining area and a kitchen behind it, a bathroom with shower and laundry facilities. Also on this floor there is access to a sleeping area consisting of two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. Crossing the winter living room/entrance, you enter the south wing consisting of a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a service bathroom, a double bedroom characterized by large windows and French windows that access the porch. From both rooms you have a breathtaking view of the sea. The upper floor, accessible via a wooden staircase, leading to a hallway, leads to a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, a bathroom with a jacuzzi and a double bedroom with large windows and access to the beautiful panoramic terrace. The property is surrounded by 10 hectares of land characterized by forest crops, Mediterranean scrub and an olive grove of 2000 plants. In the park you can find a multitude of flowers and plants of different species that make the environment even more pleasant. The garden is made more comfortable and welcoming thanks to the presence of facilities to accommodate every moment of relaxation for those who are living on the property.
N.B.: Please note that the photo shoots are usually carried out in spring, so the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns and parks may be different when you enter the villa.
Pool:

The heated infinity pool (with solar panels), located a few meters from the house on a level below, is irregularly shaped, formed by a rectangular part measuring 14 x 6 m and a semicircular part in steps. It has a depth that varies from 40 cm to 2.20 m. The pool is covered in blue ceramic tiles, has an entrance with steps and chlorine purification. The sunbathing area is made of terracotta and furnished with tables and chairs, deckchairs, sun loungers and umbrellas. The pool area has an annex with kitchen and a bathroom with shower with sunbed. It is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
