Interior:
The villa is entirely on the ground floor, featuring a portico with an outdoor dining area. From the portico, you enter the open-plan living area, which includes an ornamental fireplace and access to a panoramic terrace, seamlessly connected to the masonry kitchen with its own veranda. The sleeping area comprises a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom (shower), a second double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a guest bathroom. All bedrooms have direct access to the outdoors.
Park:
The park of Villa Ipazia is immersed in the 16000 sq m fully fenced, terraced olive grove. The garden is set in a natural hilly landscape with large rocky masses and paved areas softened by peonies, roses, rosemary and lavender. Next to the house, on the side facing the pool, is the portico set up for outdoor dining.Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
The swimming pool is located 10 meters from the villa on a terraced area. rectangular shaped, measuring 10 x 5 meters, with a depth ranging from 1.55 to 2.5 meters. Lined with blue tiles and bordered with travertine, it includes internal lighting and two metal ladders for access. The 80-square-meter solarium area is furnished with a pergola, lounge set, and sunbeds. A changing room with two showers and a service bathroom is also available. Chlorine-sanitized and open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
