The unique corners of the garden, such as the ancient well surrounded by the Mediterranean scent of rosemary with the relaxation area, the Renaissance terracotta fountain and the belvedere where you can read a book while enjoying a sunset amidst the scents of rose trees, will make your holiday unique. Not far from the villa you will find, immersed in the park, a panoramic pool with blue colors with a Roman staircase, where you can spend moments of complete relaxation or sip a cocktail by the pool or lie on the sun loungers in the solarium. The villa is an excellent starting point for bike trips or for those who want to relax in the large garden with cozy areas equipped to be in contact with nature, enjoying its bucolic atmospheres that invite relaxation. For wellness lovers, in about 45 minutes you can reach Grotta Giusti with the thermal baths in the cave or Casciana Terme with the outdoor thermal pool.

The property is spread over two floors: on the ground floor, entering from the parking side, there is access to a living room with ornamental fireplace, TV corner and area with tea table. Crossing two arches covered in terracotta you access an open space that houses the dining room and the billiard room. Continuing on, you access a classic Tuscan kitchen with large granite countertops (fireplace not in use). Leaving the kitchen on the left, you enter a double bedroom with divisible beds (with direct access to the outside through the French window) with an en suite bathroom with shower and washing machine. Going up to the first floor through a terracotta staircase, you access the sleeping area where there is a twin bedroom, a double bedroom, a bathroom with hydromassage shower and bathtub and the master bedroom with double bed and bathroom with en-suite shower.

Villa Gino is surrounded by a 3000 square meter garden, completely fenced and bordered around the perimeter by lush hedges to guarantee privacy without depriving you of the view of the beautiful hilly landscape on the south side of the property. After passing the automatic entrance gate, through a pebble road adorned with roses, you arrive at the parking area, located in the immediate and convenient vicinity of the entrance to the villa. From here, a triumphant garden of colors will welcome you: flower beds, Mediterranean aromatic bushes, cypresses and olive trees over one hundred years old from Spain and Puglia. To complete everything, a beautiful lawn, in which there is a delightful pool complete with furniture. Next to the pool is the children's play area. Located on the south side of the villa, you will find the shady and spacious porch, communicating with the kitchen and equipped with teak wood furniture and built-in BBQ where you can comfortably eat outside. N.B.: Please note that the photo shoots are usually carried out in spring, so the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns and parks may be different when you enter the villa.

The pool surrounded by greenery of the property gives the guest a unique view of the rolling hills typical of the area. Located on one side a few meters from the house, it can be reached by crossing the lawn. Rectangular in shape, it has a recessed corner used as a Roman staircase to facilitate entry into the water, finished with a travertine border and covered in Sardinian blue PVC. It measures 5x10 meters with a depth of 1.30 to 1.70, purified with salt, internal lighting and non-invasive external fencing. In support of the pool you will find a perimeter terracotta solarium equipped with gazebos, sun loungers, umbrellas and a table with chairs. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
