Villa Agave offers lucky guests every comfort in a beautiful natural setting, on one of the highest points of the Pesaro hill and with a consequent wonderful view of the rolling hills. Outside, the garden with its multiple blooms, is the jewel in the crown of this property, accompanies guests to experience the spectacle of nature in an exclusive triumph of scents and colors, where relaxation and quiet are guaranteed. The farmhouse, built more than 200 years ago, combines in a balanced way a classic but at the same time pleasant design with organic and natural materials, the result is truly fascinating and intriguing, thanks also to the architecture of the entire property that tends to naturally emphasize the succession of indoor environments and outdoor areas in a harmonious way.
Interiors:
The villa is on two levels. The main entrance on the ground floor opens to the dining room complete with a kitchen and smart TV. On the right side we find the living room with sofas, TV and ornamental fireplace, which leads to the double bedroom (with a divisible bed) and a private bathroom with a shower. Also on the ground floor there is a second service kitchen and a bathroom with shower. The first floor accessible from the staircase in the dining room houses three double bedrooms, one of which has a beautiful panoramic terrace and a bathroom with bathtub. Air conditioning only in the rooms.
Park:
The external surface, which covers about 1500 square meters, is characterized by a rich well-kept garden surrounded by lush vegetation. In front of the porch there is an outdoor dining area, shaded by a roof, which will allow you to enjoy pleasant breakfasts or wonderful dinners. Also inside the garden there are three medium-sized private parking spaces. N.B.: Please note that the photo shoots are usually carried out in spring, so the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns and parks may be different when you enter the villa.
Pool:
The careful architectural design has made it possible to insert an elegant pool complete with hydromassage and well integrated with the surrounding spaces. Of fair irregular dimensions, considering the available outdoor spaces, it measures 9 x 5 m (the narrow side is 2 m), with a constant depth of 1.40 m and access to the water is via an internal brick staircase. It is purified with salt and coated with PVC. The walkways around the pool are made of non-slip stoneware. The pool is available to guests from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October and the area is furnished with sun loungers and parasols.
Pets: On request, €50.00 per week or part of the week per animal. The admission of animals to the facility must be authorized in advance by the owner after communicating the number of animals, size and breed.
