Easily accessible from the airports of Bologna and Forlì, Villa Dina is an excellent starting point for those who also want to reach the fashionable towns of the Romagna Riviera: Cervia, Cesenatico and Milano Marittima. Plus for golf lovers, there are several 18-hole golf courses less than an hour's drive away (Forlì, Bologna, Riolo Terme, just to name a few). The property is divided into two levels, both with direct access from the outside. Ground floor: with double access from the outside both from the parking area and from the area in front of the pool, it consists of: well-equipped kitchen open to a living room with fireplace, veranda with table and sofas, a service bathroom and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower. First Floor: it can be reached both from the internal staircase and directly from the outside from the back of the building.
