Villa Manco is an enchanting villa located in the panoramic area of Santa Maria di Leuca, which is why it represents an oasis of tranquility as well as boasting a wonderful sea view. The structure is surrounded by about 3000 meters of well-kept garden enriched by the suggestive vegetation of palm trees and plants typical of the area. The absolute protagonist is the irregularly shaped pool that is located in the center of the park and close to which there is a large porch ideal for enjoying moments of pure relaxation. The white of the external façades and the Gothic arched windows present the refined and exclusive interiors embellished by the indoor pool equipped with hydromassage.
Interiors:
The villa consists of a main building and an adjoining annex. A large entrance window leads to the main building and in particular to the bright dining room. The same is characterized by a beautiful 6-meter-long wall-mounted kitchen and an elegant style table ideal for meeting and enjoying the good that the renowned Salento culinary tradition has to offer. To the right of the entrance there is a hallway where there are additional spaces used to the kitchen and a ladder that leads to an underground pantry. From the kitchen there is direct access to the immense and bright open space from which you can directly access the outside through two different doors. This room is characterized first by a comfortable TV and living area with sofas and comfortable seats and then by the suggestive indoor pool surrounded by large windows that do not obstruct the view of the lush outdoor park in the least. From the living area you can directly access the sleeping area consisting of four bedrooms and three bathrooms. In detail, there is a double bedroom with window and a double bedroom with direct access to the outside. The latter is embellished with a beautiful park and pool view and both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub. In addition, there is also a double bedroom with a French bed (1.40 m wide) and a bedroom with a bunk bed that have an additional bathroom with shower. The annex located near the main building has a double bedroom, a double bedroom with a French bed (1.40 m wide) and a suggestive shared bathroom located in a finely restored trullo. The laundry room is secluded between the main building and the annex and has a separate entrance.

Park:
The outdoor garden is completely fenced and covers about 3000 square meters. It is enriched by numerous palm trees that harmonize with typical vegetation, flowering plants and the lawn distributed around the pool area. The large wooden porch is the ideal location for enjoying the enchanting surrounding atmosphere in maximum relaxation. The same porch, incorporated on one side of the typical trullo, enjoys a suggestive pool view in which the lush vegetation is reflected. Prodigious is the view offered by the terrace from which, in addition to appreciating the extension of the entire park, you can admire the sparkling embrace between the Ionian Sea and the Adriatic Sea. The terrace itself is equipped with special seats and elegant white curtains and represents an ideal set for watching the suggestive sunset at sea while sipping a cool drink. The spectacle offered by the view of the illuminated waterfront is fascinating, happy to welcome visitors to the excellent seafood restaurants and beachfront bars. N.B.: Please note that the photo shoots are usually carried out in spring, so the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns and parks may be different when you enter the villa.
Pool:
The beautiful pool has an irregular shape (surface of about 110 square meters) with a height that increases from 1 meter to a maximum of 2.20 meters and is accessed through 2 different steel ladders. The pool is chlorine-purified and a few steps from it there is an outdoor shower with cold water. The surrounding flooring is made of local stone and the beds and complementary seats are arranged on it. Adjacent to the same area is the large wooden porch of about 60 square meters that guarantees constant shading and under which there are comfortable sitting areas to allow guests to spend pleasant moments in harmony with nature. The evening lighting of the pool is enchanting, embellished by the suggestive lighting of the surrounding park, the only protagonists in the incessant silence and tranquility that the location offers its guests. It is available from the first Saturday in May to the first Saturday in October. The indoor pool is located on the main floor and can be reached from the open space. It measures 5 x 2.50 with a constant depth of 80 cm while the entrance is via steps. It is covered with mosaic and is purified with chlorine.
Pets: On request. €100.00 per week per pet to be paid locally. The admission of animals to the facility must be authorized in advance by the owner after communicating the number of animals, size and breed.
