Tenuta Scialandre is a wonderful property set in a splendid position with an enchanting sea view. Interior:
Tenuta Scialandre is composed of a main building and THREE other housing units. In the main unit is a living area, with large windows providing a wonderful view of the sea and the pool, which continues on to the dining room with open kitchen. This last room is characterised by beautiful walls in local stone that blend well with the elegant furnishings and the constant sea view. From the dining room, you go to the sleeping area, through a sliding door, composed of two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. The unit on the right of the main building has a double bedroom with kitchenette and a bathroom with shower while the unit on the left consists of a double bedroom served by an external bathroom with shower, just a few metres away. The third unit is an elegant suite with a magnificent sea view where there is a perfect combination of tradition and comfort. It consists of a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with shower and a balcony with sea view furinshed with armchairs. The elegant furnishings together with the natural stone and soft colours render the rooms welcoming and relaxing, offering guests a calming and refined atmosphere. Air conditioning in the bedrooms.
Park:
The external area of Tenuta Scialandre extends for about 18,000 sq m, not all completely fenced-in, and is characterised by terraces which adapt to the conformation of the ground, sloping downwards. The various areas are delimited by beautiful characteristic low walls in local stone which also mark the route between the many pathways that surround the property. The upper part of the outdoor area is distinctly Mediterranean, alternating between rocky terrain and typical plants, while in the part surrounding the housing units are palms, tall trees, flowering hedges and lawn next to the solarium area. To the left of the units is a beautiful and comfortable portico with sea view, furnished with table and chairs for outdoor dining, with a built-in barbecue.Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
The rectangular infinity pool is about 5 m from the main unit and can be reached down a few steps. Measuring 8 x 5 m with a constant depth of 1,30 m, it is lined in sand-coloured PVC and has chlorine purification and Roman steps in one corner for access to the water. Its position provides guests with a wonderful view of the sea and the surrounding solarium, equipped with sunbeds and a shower on the right side of the pool, is easily accessible and is comfortable and easy to move around in. The pool area is the ideal spot for guests to pass unforgettable moments with the wonderful backdrop of the infinite view of the sea which offers guests a spectacle at all hours of the day. The countless shades of blue of the daylight hours alternate with the moonlight in the evening when the whole property lights up, enhanced by the beautiful swimming pool in which the surrounding area is reflected. Enchanting emotions and scenarios follow one after the other, offering the guests of Tenuta Scialandre the true essence of a Salento stay. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October.
Pets: Small and medium size (dogs and cats only). € 40,00 per animal per week to be paid on site. Acceptance of animals to the facility must be previously authorised by the owner upon communication of the number of animals, size and breed.
