To ensure a pleasant stay and respect for our neighbours, we kindly ask you to follow a few simple rules.

• No smoking inside the apartment, including e-cigarettes and heated tobacco devices.

• Pets are not allowed.

• Parties and events are not allowed.

• Unregistered guests are not allowed. Only guests included in the reservation may stay in the apartment.

• Please respect the neighbours. Avoid excessive noise, loud music and disturbances, especially during the evening and at night.

• Please take care of the apartment and its facilities. In case of any damage or malfunction, please contact our staff promptly.

• When leaving the apartment, turn off the lights, air conditioning and small appliances, and make sure that doors and windows are properly closed.

• Please respect the check-in and check-out times indicated in your reservation.
